5 Nights 6 Days Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppy, Kovalam Package

Day 1 : Cochin – Munnar

  • Munnar is a world famous hill station and is 135 km away from cochin and may take 4 hour comfort drive. Enroute visit Cheeyappara and Valara water falls , and Kallar view point. On arrival at Munnar check in to hotel and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 2 : Munnar - Munnar Sight seeing

  • After breakfast proceed for Munnar Sight Seeing . Major Sight Seeing places are Eravikulam national park ( Rajamala ) , Mattuppetty dam , echo point , Honey bee tree, Kundala dam , tea museum , blossom park and photo point. Boating in the lake and horse driving in Kundala dam area are optional on extra cost.
  • Overnight in the hotel.

Day 3 : Munnar – Thekkady

  • Proceed to Thekkady after breakfast in the morning ( as early as possible )
  • Thekkady is 105 km away from Munnar and may take 3.5 hours for comfort drive.
  • Periyar wild life sanctuary is the main attraction over here and and the boating in periyar lake is the only way to visit the sanctuary.
  • There are 5 trips for this boating starting from 7.30 in the morning till 3.30 in the morning in correct intervals. Kerala forest department and tourism department conducting this boating and will take 90 minutes . During this trip you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more animals. Tickets for boating is available in online and is available from local boating counter in the boating point.
  • Enjoy the evening with different cultural and and martial shows ( optional ) on extra cost Overnight in the hotel.

Day 4 : Thekkady – Alleppey

  • After breakfast check out and proceed to Alleppey . which is famous for house boats in back water ( Vembanadu lake ) Alleppey/Kumarakam is almost 160 km away from Munnar and will take 4.5 hour drive On arrival check in to house boat ( normal check in time is 12 noon ) , and will make cruise till 5.30 in the evening .
  • After that it will anchor in a safe place . Welcome drinks , lunch , evening tea snacks and dinner will be served from houseboat .
  • Houseboats will be exclusively for you for you and there will be 3 staffs in boat to assist you ( Senior driver , Driver and Cook ) In Premium Houseboat Ac wl be operated full time in your bedroom.

Day 5 : Alappey – Varkala - Kovalam

  • After breakfast from hotel, check out at 9 am and proceed to Varkala.varkala is 125 km away from Alleppey and it will take 3 hrs journey
  • For a Varkala itinerary, consider exploring Varkala Beach (Papanasham Beach), the Janardanaswamy Temple, and the Anjengo Fort, while also enjoying the cliffside views and potentially indulging in water sports or exploring nearby backwaters.(If time permits),and proceed to kovalam ,kovalam is 53 km away from varkala and it will take 1.5 hrs comfort journey .
  • After reaching Kovalam, check in to hotel and later go for beach visit. Enjoy the beach, go for swimming and enjoy the sunset at the beach. Overnight at Kovalam

Day 6 : Kovalam -Trivandrum Sight seeing -Trivandrum Drop

  • After breakfast from hotel, comfortably check out and proceed to Trivandrum for Sight seeing. Sree Padmanabhan Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace museum, The Napier museum, Sree Chithra art gallery etc
  • Later drop at Trivandrum for your return journey
  • PLEASE NOTE NO ROOMS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED AND WILL BE DONE ON CONFIRMATION OF THE ABOVE SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY
